Shipping & Returns
Packages shipped within Canada are sent via Expedited Mail. US and International Packages are sent via Small/Large Packet US Air and Small/Large Packet International Air (depending on the weight of the package). For International and US packages I do not provide tracking. If you would like a tracking number, please do advise me of that, and I will send you an invoice for the difference.
I promise to get things out as quickly as I possibly can. My turn around time is usually between 3 to 5 business days (I do strive for less than that time frame, but sometimes life happens). Trust me, I know how exciting it is anticipating the arrival of YARN - however, at the moment I still am one person behind the scenes, and I literally do everything myself. I give you my word, I will try my absolute hardest to get things out on time, but, ya know, sometimes life really does happen!
Packages are shipped to the address on your order. Please MAKE sure this is correct during checkout.
After receipt by Canada Post, I am not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
I do ship internationally, however, I am not responsible for any duty/customs fees you may have to pay if you are outside of Canada. We have zero control over duty/customs fees. Shipping fees are non-refundable should the package be refused for any reason.
Returns and Exchanges
If you have a problem with your yarn, please contact me. I put my my love into every hank and every package I send. I really want you to be thrilled with your yarn! Having said that, we will only accept returns on items that are still in the original mailing package, so that I may ensure that the yarn is in the same pristine condition as it was when it left my hands. If you have opened your package it is not returnable and non refundable.
Shipping is non-refundable as this is an expense that neither of us can get back if you decide you do not want your yarn.
If returning your yarn, any and all shipping charges are at your expense.
